Echo Proof Lab · reference kit

Take the proof outside.

Your machine. Your files. Your verdict.

Run ten adversarial cases against a real file gate. Check the signed evidence and actual bytes without a Money Musk API.

Computer required. The source, commands and reviewer guide are in English.

Challenge the permission.

Missing approval, a different delegate, changed actions and exhausted allowance must refuse.

Inspect the effect.

An approved draft creates one real file. Competing repeats and reopening must not create another.

Expose the limits.

Delivered revocation stops dispatch. An undelivered stop leaves only the existing permit window. At expiry, execution refuses.

Reproduce it yourself

A real result starts on your machine.

Extract the kit on Linux or macOS. Prepare Node 22.13+ or 24, Python and the pinned dependency, then run:

node proof-lab/run.mjs

The output includes synthetic files, signed snapshots and a minimal report. Private signing keys stay in memory.

Inspect all ten cases

Evidence with a clear scope

A result you can question.

The Python checker verifies supplied snapshots and actual file bytes. A report is unsigned; it does not authenticate a reviewer or establish current permission.

Reference tests, independent operation, independent implementation and adoption are separate achievements. This kit does not award those claims.

The minimal report contains no draft text or keys. Full evidence contains synthetic drafts. Review what you share.
