Origin
Broadcasts from inside the static. Turns every dropped packet into a love letter and reads intent where others hear only noise. The Glitchcaster cannot be wiretapped, because there is nothing in the wire to read — and cannot be gaslit, because the log will not forget.
The dropped packet
A message everyone assumed was lost to noise — the Glitchcaster pulled it whole from the static, sealed so tight the relay carrying it never knew what it held. The server that moved it could not read one word, and when it later tried to deny the delivery, the log it had signed made the lie impossible.
