WHAT WE ARE.WHAT WE'RE NOT.

▸ what we are

MONEY MUSK is a builder collective. A handful of people who like cyberpunk, decentralized infrastructure, and the absurd theater of memecoin culture. We make things. Sometimes those things are useful. Sometimes they are jokes. We try to be honest about which is which.

We currently build and maintain an entire ecosystem:

  • Free Tools — Mesh Commons (Akash frontend), Agents (AI playground), Avatar Engine, Mesh Chamber, Neural Sync, Dream Protocol, and more. All free, no custody, no fees.
  • Community & Lore — Gallery, community member profiles, and the mythology of Yestoshi Aikamoto. Pure fiction, plainly labeled.
  • Revenue Streams — Merch store, GPU staking, premium memberships, and direct crypto donations. This funds development.
  • The Meme — a community, a culture, and possibly someday a token. If a token launches, it is a meme like any other meme.

▸ what we're not

We are not an investment opportunity. We do not promise returns, yield, dividends, revenue share, airdrops tied to performance, or any form of profit from our work.

We are not a custodian. We never hold user funds. Every transaction on the Mesh Terminal happens directly between you and the Akash protocol via your own wallet. We have no power to pause, reverse, or seize anything.

We are not affiliated with Akash Network Inc., Anthropic, Elon Musk, or any of the brands our aesthetics borrow from. We are a community skin on top of public protocols.

We are not a security. The $MONEY MUSK token, if it ever launches, will be a meme — purchased for amusement and community participation, not as an instrument of profit dependent on our effort.

▸ on the separation

If $MONEY MUSK launches, it is structurally walled off from the revenue we generate. The token does not entitle you to:

  • Revenue from merch, staking fees, or memberships (these fund development, not token holders)
  • Compute resources on Akash (Akash doesn't accept it as payment)
  • Priority access to our tools (they're free for everyone)
  • Governance over our roadmap (we're a small group; we decide what we build)

This walling-off is not a limitation — it's the whole point. It is what keeps the meme a meme and the ecosystem sustainable. Mix them and you create the structure that gets people in real trouble. We are not interested in that. Neither should you be.

▸ if anyone — including someone claiming to represent us — tells you the token "earns from merch sales" or "shares staking revenue," they are either confused or scamming you. forward it to us, then ignore them.

▸ what you can expect

  • The tools stay free. The Mesh Commons stays a window over Akash, not a gate.
  • Revenue from merch, NFTs, and memberships goes to development — building more tools, maintaining infrastructure, expanding the ecosystem.
  • If we ship a token, it'll be on Solana, fully diluted at launch, no team allocation hidden behind cliffs, no "marketing wallet" we drain over time.
  • We'll publish the contract address only when we launch — never before. If you see one being shilled "pre-launch," it isn't us.
  • We will say "no" to opportunities that look like quick money but compromise the structure. We've said no twice this week already.

▸ why bother

Because most projects in this space are quietly dishonest, and the honest ones get drowned out. Because decentralized compute is genuinely cool and deserves a better front door than the official one. Because memes are a legitimate art form. Because building things in public, on the rails of permissionless protocols, is what the rebellion was supposed to be about before everyone forgot.

And because not lying to people turns out to be a pretty rare differentiator.
